Please know what you want before commissioning me. Once I accept your commission, I am agreeing only to the original idea, details, and scope discussed before work begins.

After a commission has been accepted, I will not add major new details or extra work that were not included in the original request. This includes extra characters, props, backgrounds, alternate versions, outfit changes, pose changes, or other major edits. These changes may be declined or may require an additional fee.

You are allowed up to 3 corrective changes. After 3 changes, each additional correction will add a $10 fee to the total cost. I may decline excessive revisions, unclear requests, or repeated changes that go beyond the original agreed-upon idea.

I reserve the right to post finished commissions to my social media, portfolio, or use them to advertise my work. If you want your commission to remain private, a $10 privacy fee will be added to the total price.

I try to provide updates every day or two while working on your commission. If I am unable to complete your commission in a timely manner due to circumstances on my end, I will deduct $10 from your total price for every additional week that I am late.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if the request changes too much, becomes too unclear, or requires more revisions than I am willing to provide.
